Alzheimer’s and Dementia in Australia
A leading voluntary health organization dedicated to Alzheimer’s care, support and research, the Alzheimer’s Association strives to improve quality of life for those facing Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. To improve the quality of life of people by reducing and preventing the effects of musculoskeletal disorders. In accomplishing this mission the Arthritis Foundation of Australia is dedicated to all people in Australia who have arthritis or one of the related conditions, those who care for people with arthritis and people at risk of developing arthritis. Cancer Council
Cancer Council Australia was originally known as the Australian Cancer Society when, in 1961, the six state Cancer Councils, formed a federal body to promote cancer control at a national level. Cancer organisations in the ACT and Northern Territory subsequently signed on as members of the society. They provide cancer information, sponsor research and provide support services.

The Disability Information Service is an independent personalised phone-based service that provides information on disability services systems such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for South Australian residents. The Disability Information Service can also help you to find and make contact with the services, supports and product suppliers who best suit your requirements. Face-to-face meetings with Disability Information Service staff may be possible under some circumstances.
